Personal Fitness Instructor program


​This 8 week program is designed to teach anyone how to be a professional personal trainer. We teach the science, skill and, most importantly, the art of being a personal trainer. Becoming an excellent communicator, commanding respect, creating solid foundations, strategies for personal growth, how to avoid common pitfalls, how to promote yourself…the list goes on and on.
